Founded in 1995 by Alain Bréau, Superga Invest is a family-owned French group specializing in services for the luxury and beauty industries, with two divisions: transport and cosmetics. Superga Beauty, the cosmetics division launched in 2019, brings together expertise in the manufacture and packaging of skincare products and fragrances, as well as in the full service and production of promotional items.

CSR context

Guided by Beavr's CSR experts, the Superga Beauty teams began by taking stock of the actions and initiatives implemented by each of the Group's entities. Through a combination of documentary analysis and interviews with the heads of Superga Beauty's various divisions, the working group was quickly able to identify the best practices to be disseminated, as well as the areas where the Group still had significant room for improvement.

  • Harmonize the Group's CSR approach and encourage the dissemination of best practices between entities.
  • Evaluate the robustness of our CSR approach via a group-wide EcoVadis assessment.
Impact

Beavr helped the Superga Beauty teams to formalize policies on each of the Social, Environmental, Ethical and Responsible Purchasing themes, with the aim of specifying the Group's guiding commitments and quantitative targets on each of these subjects.

In 2022, several sites received EcoVadis awards, strongly underlining their commitments. A single score was obtained in January 2024 for the entire Group, propelling Superga Beauty into the top 4% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.
